  1. Defective or Damaged Products

We offer refunds or replacements for products that arrive defective or damaged. If your order arrives with a broken safety seal, damaged bottle, missing item, or any visible manufacturing or shipping defect, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.

If a return or replacement is approved due to a verified defect or damage, NATURA PRIME® will cover the applicable shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees for defective or damaged items.
